This project is an interior renovation to an existing office space housing a fashion agency on the second floor of a light-industrial building in Toronto. An existing mezzanine was expanded to increase desk and meeting space for staff, while the ground floor was left open with moveable furniture to accommodate studio space for graphic design layout spaces and fashion shoot photography sessions, as well as small event runways shows in house. A two- storey high floor to ceiling channel glass wall was installed as a backdrop for photography, separating a ground floor conference room from the main studio space and acting as a privacy screen for upper level executive offices. Custom cabinetry included a front desk and moveable work-stations.
